Tabitha Grady, WHNP-BC
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience, including four years in advanced practice, I am passionate about helping individuals take an active role in their health and well-being. I believe healthcare should be more than diagnosing conditions and treating symptoms-it should be about listening, educating, empowering, and caring for the whole person.
My approach to patient care is rooted in compassion, respect, and the understanding that every individual's health journey is unique. I strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and comfortable asking questions, while working together to develop thoughtful, individualized plans for their health.
My faith, family, and personal experiences have shaped the way I view both life and healthcare. I believe we are called to serve others with kindness, integrity, and purpose, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside patients as they navigate their health journeys.
Outside of my professional life, I am a wife, mother of two daughters, animal lover, and someone who finds joy in nature, creativity, and working with my hands. Whether I'm spending time outdoors with my family, tackling a new project, or learning something new, I believe in embracing life with curiosity, gratitude, and intention.
